What is R-Value and how much is offered from your panels?

Insulation is rated in terms of thermal resistance, called R-value, which indicates the resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value, the greater the resistance of heat flow (insulating effectiveness). The R-value of thermal insulation depends on the type of material, its thickness, and its density. In calculating the R-value of a multi-layered installation, the R-values of the individual layers are added.

We use 5" thick slaps of EPS that have a true R value of R-20. Type 11 EPS foam will provide an R value of 4+ per inch.

Can I use my own drawings with your product?

Yes. We can build the panels to fit almost any application. We will check your drawings for any special considerations needed for the wall panels.

Is using PPS more expensive than convention construction?

In terms of on site assembly the Perfect Panel System is in a class in its own. Typically built out in 1 day or less and is comparable to stick framing in cost of material and labour; however the final product will surpass stick framing in quality and time of construction.
